Hi I have reserved a room C for 3 nights and I received your confirmation email right after my booking, stating that my reservation is completed. However, I saw reviews saying that you require me to send you my air tickets before you confirm my reservation, but where should I send my air tickets for you to check? And I just discovered that my reservation seems to be cancelled because the "reservation completed" orange sticker was removed from the room I chosen for the period I book..........I look forward to your reply. |
