01. Effective date of Membership Program
- Member registration will be available from November 2015 and membership program will be launched from January 1st, 2016.
- The membership system in full operation from August 1st, 2016, ※ Only MOM House member can make a reservation

03. Membership Registration Introduction
(1) Join MOM House Membership
mom2014.co.kr → Join → User Agreement → Enter Information → Join Completed → Enter ID and Password to Login
(2) MOM House Member Room Reservation Procedure
Membership Registration → Log in on MOM House website → Make Room Reservation → Membership card will be provided when visiting MOM House →Membership Benefits applied
(3) MOM House VIP Member
※ VIP member Level up Requirements
1. Register as MOM normal member; and
2. Staying at MOM House for more than 20 nights (accumulatively) as MOM normal member; or
3. For those who fulfill requirement as mentioned above will be eligible to level up as MOM VIP member
4. MOM House normal members share their afterthoughts toward staying at MOM House and help promote on Internet, after internally discussions, members will have opportunities to level up as VIP.
04. Membership Benefits
(1) MOM House Normal Member
1. MOM membership card will be issued (It would be passed on the first time visiting MOM House and after registering as a member)
2. Make a reservation via our website will be cheaper than other website (Note: 3% bank service fee will be charged additionally if paying by credit card)
3. Stay at MOM House for more than 10 nights (accumulatively), additional one night will be offered for free (Upto C2 Room type only)
*For guests who stay for more than 10 nights consecutively, the discount will be also offered. (Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers)
4. Early check in will be allowed (check in before pm 2:00)
*It will only be applied when the room is available.
5. Get MOM CAFE discount even without stay. [Need to show member card , Beverages 20% , Food 10% ]
6. Basic qualification to level up as VIP member
(2) MOM House VIP Member
1. MOM VIP membership card will be issued (after reaching VIP member qualifications, the next time when check-in, VIP membership card will be provided.)
2. In additional to membership price, additional 10% discount off will be applied for VIP member(s) all the time (Note: 3% bank ervice fee will be charged additionally if paying by credit card)
3. Stay at MOM House for more than 10 nights (accumulatively), additional one night will be offered for free (Up to C2 Room type only)
*For guests who stay for more than consecutive 10 nights, the discount will be also applied.
(Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers)
4. Besides Korean Currency (won), the rate could also be paid by VIP members’ preferred currency, (The exchange rate will be subject to the rate shown on Naver portal)
5. Rooms will be assigned with first priority (For concerts or other big events, we will keep 10% of the rooms (each room type) for VIP Rooms will be assigned with first priority Rooms
will be assigned members, if these rooms are not be reserved yet (two weeks before the event), we will re-open to normal members)
6. Rooms will be assigned with first priority for VIP. (Room will be keep before 2weeks)
7. Early check-in or late check-out within 2 hours would be accepted subject to the room availability.
8. Be eligible to enroll in all MOM House events with first priority.
9. VIP members could participate in Sunday night BBQ Party Free of Charge (only VIP member personally)
10. Birthday Event- If VIP members stay at MOM House on his/her birthday, special gift/ event will be given or arranged.
*Please note that you would like to join birthday event when making the room reservation and provide the exact birth date with certification.
*Birthday event will be provided randomly on that day
11. Luggage (Bag) keeping services
12. For our VIP members, MOM HOUSE will offer additional benefits from time to time.
