- Myeong-dong Family House do not need to pay for deposit.
- S room : single room only for 1 person.
- SS room : super single room for 1~2 people, double bed.
- T2 room : standard double room for 2 people with 2 single bed.
- ST room : bigger than T2 room, 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
- Should fill in the contract during check-in
- Pay monthly rent during check-in
- Check-in time pm 02:00 / Check-out time am 11:00
- Just the tenant can enter the guest-house
- Non-smoking area, Please smoke in the standard area.
- If the facilities have damaged , should pay the compensation.
- Only provide the facilities but not the bedding and personal hygiene items.
- Will not provide any guesthouse service ( cleaning, room service , personal hygiene item)
- You can feel free to rent the bedding and use it in your room.
※ Myeong-dong Family House is for learing korean and gain the experience in Korea, and also avaliable for the Student aboard or office worker to take a long-stay here.
Therefore , we will not provide the guest-house service for those tenant . [personal hygiene item, changing bedding and cleaning room service]
