I just want to seek for your help if you can.
I have book two troom through trip.com, booking no: 99677201741 and 9935206860 on 26th june 2019. Initially the booking is for 4 nights stay (5th to 9th nov)
But then, i extended the stays for another night for only one room.However untill today, only the room that is not extended is confirmed and the other is still in processing. I already contacted trip.com and they said that your guesthouse already stop business with them. They only advised me to just cancel the booking which i dont want to coz i really need the room. I also have made full payment for both room.
Hope you can help me on this coz trip.com was not so helpful.
