Booking through trip.com
Hi,

Initially, we made two separate booking for 2 triple room and 1 twin room for 4 nights which is from 5th to 9th nov as per below:
i) booking no 9935130765 - 2 triple room, 5th to 9th nov (4 nights)
ii)booking no 9935206860 - 1 twin room, 5th to 9th nov (4 nights)

Payment has been successfully charged to our credit card for both booking.

But then, we have modified booking for triple room to extend our stay until 10th nov (5 nights). Due to that, based on the status that we received from trip.com, only the booking for twin room is confirmed, while the booking for triple room has been cancelled (5th to 9th nov) and has been replaced with new booking no which is 9967720174 (5th to 10th nov) which is still under processing until today.

So, based on your finding, the booking for triple room is for 5th to 9th nov only, isn't it? Is that already confirmed? How can we extend our stay until 10th nov?
