I was travelling with my 3 teenagers in Dec and stayed one night at Mom House, it was clean and pleasant. Easy assess to Myeongdong and Seoul Tower. We love it.

The next day, we were scheduled to travel to High1 Resort, bus tickets were booked prior to our arrival in Seoul. Instructions were to wait in front of Prince Hotel at 8:00am, which was just a few seconds walking from Mom House. We checked out at 7:45am and were on time for our bus. We waited and waited....it was -12 that day, super windy and super cold for someone who lived in Singapore all our lives.

By 8:10am, something just told us it wasn't right. We went to the front desk of Prince Hotel and ask them for help, we were rejected almost immediately! With no choice, I came running back to Mom House and ask the front desk staff for help. My 3 children were waiting by the roadside, just in case the bus suddenly appears (obviously it did not...) It was with so much help from Mr Nice Ah-jeo-ssi and Ms Nice lady from HongKong (I don't know their name!!! Totally regret for not asking!) that they helped us SO much in trying to get us back to our bus. Mr Nice Ah-jeo-ssi even insist that I stay inside the lobby to warm myself, whereas he went out to investigate what happen on the main road where the bus suppose to pick us up. He was wearing just sweaters and slippers. I was entirely touched by his kind gesture.

Finally, Mr Nice Ah-jeo-ssi even helped us get 2 taxis and explain to the taxi drivers that we need to get to Jamsil Sport Complex by 9:00am in order to continue our journey to our resort (the bus left without counting head count and they obviously left without us!) We were completed MOVED by the dedicated staff at Mom House. We are very grateful for their kind help and gesture.

They were just angels sent to us that faithful day. Without their help, our trip would probably end up an unpleasant one. We sincerely THANK both the front desk staff for their great help and would definitely recommend Mom House to any foreigners. This is truly a home away from home, just like my Mom's House!
